Welcome to Biol 6141!

This is a public blog but only class members are allowed to post. We will use this blog as a central site on the web where you can access useful websites, upload figures of your data, obtain background information about CRISPR etc. You will be required to upload figures of your results from class no more than 48 hours after obtaining the data (i.e. gel results). Participation in this class blog is required as it will be used for class discussion of our data.

To create a figure for upload, you can organize the images and text in powerpoint then EXPORT as a jpg. Upload the JPG and then adjust it's size to extra large. You can also add additional explanatory text below the figure (a figure legend).
